No. We don’t believe in locking you down. Our service is month-to-month, which means we earn your business every reporting cycle. All we ask for is 30 days’ notice if you decide to move on, so we can hand off your accounting properly to your next provider.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding typically takes about 90 days, but you’ll have full accounting support the entire time.

  • Month 1: We connect your tools, integrate your Ignite Spot accountant, and start designing your budget reports.

  • Month 2: We fine-tune your books, lock in your monthly close process, and present a rough draft of your budget-to-actual report.

  • Month 3: We finalize your systems, establish your meeting rhythm, and deliver your completed budget-to-actual report—your foundation for smarter financial decisions going forward.
